For me, it tastes/feels so indulgent to have a Fiber One English Muffin, 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters and lowfat cheese or a Boca breakfast sausage patty and make my own lighter version of an Egg McMuffin for about 200 calories! The Laughing Cow cheese is especially creamy and delicious. Or I make scrambled eggs on a low carb tortilla with low fat colby jack and salsa. Yum!<br /><br />Great commitment and choices today!
